Le Vaisseau Fondateur stands at the very top of the hierarchy: a unique piece whose form follows from its history alone. It is more artefact than product, difficult to evaluate by any ordinary measure and inseparable from its provenance. It cannot be allocated twice.

ExpressionSingular and unclassifiable; the house declines to reduce it to notes. What it is, is its history — and the house speaks of continuity, never of strength.

MethodNot reproduced. A single founding custody, hand-finished as one object; there is no second example against which to describe it and none will be made.
